ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

HAIR ANY BEYOND are offering Domestic Shipping Within the US.

1. FREE SHIPPING

We most certainly do! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders (within US) for all orders $69.99+. 

Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $69.99.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that does not include the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once sent out for fulfillment.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays. Orders with UPS ground shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the day or next 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). We know, we’re as fast as lightning!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed.

Please be advised : If the order is out of stock, processing may take 3 to 7 business days depending on immediate item availability.

3. DELIVERY DATE

All HAIR ANY BEYOND orders are shipped out of the US. Orders with UPS ground shipping usually take 2-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

4. LOST, MISPLACED, INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PACKAGES

We do not take responsibility for any lost, misplaced (via ups delivery) or incorrectly delivered packages if the information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We are responsible for any items that were sent incorrectly.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be held responsible for the original shipping costs in addition to the cost of returning the package if you refuse any shipments from HAIR ANY BEYOND. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to the order.
