Return & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We’re sorry you didn’t love our products! We want you to love your experience with HAIR ANY BEYOND as much as possible.
Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns for original conditioned, damaged, incorrect item within 14 days from delivery date.


1. Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

Original packaging means including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged


2. Please submit your return requests.

To return an item for any reason, please request your return via this menu (Sign in -> My account -> My return) and submit it to us. We will review and process it within 1-2 business days. Return process may take 3 to 7 business days from the date the package is received for inspection.


3. Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.

.If returned items are not in the original condition, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Returned merchandise will be charged a minimum of 30% restocking fee.

If the original order was qualified for a free shipping or a promotional shipping, full shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without a proof of delivery.


4. Claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items

Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. It must be accompanied by your item photos as evidence for your claim. All claims can take 1 to 14 business days to be processed.

Return Credit will be issued after the inspection is completed and will be issued to the same credit card to which they were originally charged.


5. Refused Package / Undeliverable Addressed (Return To Sender)

If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.

Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable


6. Ineligible items for return or exchange

• Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items
• All Cosmetics, hair accessories, hair care products are final.
• Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, damaged by customers, missing pieces and packaging materials


Please be advised. If you send us ineligible items for return or exchange, we will deduct 75% of your order as a restocking fee.


7. Items eligible for return or exchange

- Please be advised. Due to pandemic we take return or exchange only following items.

• Items that are sent incorrectly.
• Items with manufacture defect. All Cosmetics, hair accessories, hair care products are final.
• Items damaged in transit.
